PREPARATION

Performers should prepare two contemporary, contrasting monologues. *Please note that we do not produce musicals at this time and your audition should not consist of a song performance.

Ken: His new assistant, 20s.

SEEKING:

Chelle: ROLE HAS BEEN CAST. Black. An artist. Mid-career but running out of steam. The smartest person in the room and hates it.
Willard: ROLE HAS BEEN CAST. A little younger than Chelle, but maybe feels older. Black. Chelle's brother. A public figure, of a sort. The smartest person in any room Chelle isn’t in. Loves it.
Thalia: ROLE HAS BEEN CAST. Early 20s. Black. An interior designer/contractor/lotion saleswoman/etc. A local who is from this world but not of it. Doubles as AGENT, HARRIET, & ANCESTOR.
