Equity actors for roles in THE UNDERSTUDY by Theresa Rebeck.
Roxanne: Late 20’s to mid-30’s attractive female. Her character is a union Stage Manager who is overseeing an understudy rehearsal for a Broadway play.
Jake: 27- 34. Handsome leading man. B-level action hero type movie star who is playing the lead in a new Broadway show based on a recently discovered, unknown masterpiece by Franz Kafka.
Harry: 27 - 34. Male. Hired to be the understudy to Jake. In the past, had a relationship with Roxanne (his ex-fiancé).
INSTRUCTIONS
Please prepare a brief comic (contemporary) monologue. Please open the video by stating your Equity name, the title of your monologue, and who authored the piece. Email your headshot/resume and your video submission.

There are 2 Thursday Matinees on Sept. 15 and Sept. 22 @3pm.
There is one Wednesday performance on Sept. 28 @ 7:30pm
