Synopsis:
Duncan Mudge has just lost his mother and is grappling with the emotional vacuum and a despondent, grief-stricken father. A small town in Vermont and its close-knit inhabitants weave in and out of his journey to create a gripping portrait of family, loss, acceptance, identity and what lies beneath in rural, adolescent America. The Mudge Boy addresses issues of teen and family violence, bullying and intolerance while deconstructing the voyage to identity and acceptance faced by every teenager today.
PLEASE NOTE: The Mudge Boy contains strong language, aggressive sexuality and adult themes.
