Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at the York Theatre Company

10 AM – 6 PM 619 Lexington Avenue

Lunch from 1:30 – 2:30. New York, NY

Prepare 32 bars of a song in the style of Gilbert and Sullivan. Bring sheet music in correct key; accompanist provided but may not transpose.

Bring picture and resume, stapled together.

Seeking 3 great singers who should all move well, as the first piece is in the Commedia Dell’ Arte style and there is a duel. Must Be Able To Sing In The Following Two Styles:

Gilbert And Sullivan: Silly And Over The Top Comically, Dramatically And Flourishy

Kurt Weill : Serious, Intellectual, Dramatic.

For the following:

Female Soprano:

30 – 45. Very Sexy, Great Figure. Sings Legit And Mixes Well.

Male Baritone:

30 – 45. A Leading Man. Very Handsome

Male Tenor:

30 – 45. A More Comedic Type.
