Due to anticipated weather-related travel delays, the Actors' Equity New York Audition Center theatre has rescheduled this audition to a later date. 165 W 46th St, 16th Fl, New York, NY 10036. Members who had appointments for February 26 will have the same appointments for March 11.

EPA procedures are in effect for this audition. Equity actors are sought for roles in Cape May Stage's 2026 season (see breakdown). An Equity Monitor will be provided. Please prepare a monologue under two minutes that suggests the character you would like to play. Those auditioning for MURDER FOR TWO should be prepared to play the piano and sing something that suggests the style of the play or a selection from the American Songbook. Also bring a headshot and resume stapled together.
Housing Notes: Housing is provided. Every actor will have a private room with shared spaces such as a living room, kitchen, and restrooms. Bed linens, towels, and kitchen wares are supplied. The house is heated and air-conditioned and includes WiâFi, washer/dryer, television, and a stipend for Uber to get into town as well as travel to and from the theater. No smoking or pets are permitted in the company house. Transportation from New York upon arrival will be reimbursed.

LEGIONNAIRE – male, 35+; plays a veteran from American Legion Post #10, Wenatchee, Washington in 1989, plus a contemporary gay friend, MIKE.
DEBATER – female high school student (approx. 15); strong, confident, verbal, intelligent; any ethnicity.
