About this studio
Dance Unlimited has been teaching in the Colorado Springs area for over thirty years and works from a four-studio building at 7850 N Academy Blvd. It takes students from age 3 through adult and describes its instructors as building a fun, supportive environment where dancers of every level can find a suitable class. The weekly timetable is organized by level and covers ballet from beginning through Levels I-V with pre-pointe, PBT and pointe; jazz and jazz funk; tap; lyrical and contemporary; hip hop; musical theatre; acro from beginning through Level V; and combo classes for younger dancers, plus supporting technique classes in flexibility, turns, and stretch and strength. A College Dance Prep class is offered to advanced students. A competition team rehearses Wednesday evenings and on Friday and Saturday, with dedicated production, tap line and hip hop team sessions, and the studio presents an annual showcase.
