Written and performed by playwright and actor Evan Zes, this Off-Broadway hit comedy is based on Zes's own true story of a struggling New York City actor who devises a moneymaking scheme that spirals hilariously out of control. He lucks into a rent-controlled apartment on the Upper East Side and turns it into a lucrative Airbnb operation, only to get caught up with internet scammers and low-level gangsters. Zes brings 25 characters to life in this wild-but-true tale of greed, survival, and redemption.
