Exit Strategy at Ensemble Theatre

Exit Strategy by Ike Holter, directed by Jeannine Gaskin, follows students and teachers at a Chicago public school slated for closure, as they discover their breaking points under the weight of the inevitable. Ricky, the vice principal, steps up in the eleventh hour with a plan to save the school, compelling some to risk their futures to follow his lead. The cast includes Andy Knode, Jacki Dietz, Craig Joseph, Alejandro Martinez Jr., Sydney Smith, Bridgett Martinez, and Drew Pope. The play runs 95 minutes with no intermission and contains strong language and themes.
