Frankenstein is a unique adaptation produced by Manual Cinema, combining shadow puppetry, cinematic techniques, and live music to retell Mary Shelley's classic tale. The story intertwines Shelley’s biography with that of her infamous creation, exploring themes of creation, identity, and the effects of community. Running for three performances at the historic Studebaker Theater from October 25 to October 27, the production features a creative team including Drew Dir, Sarah Fornace, and Kyle Vegter. This immersive theatrical experience promises to haunt and inspire audiences in a captivating new way.
