BWW Review: PIPPIN at Mac-Haydn Theatre Brings the Magic.

The 2020 season opened with one of my personal favorites, PIPPIN.  It was the first Broadway show I saw. PIPPIN uses the premise of a performance troupe, led by the Leading Player, to tell the story of a young prince (son of Charlemagne) on his search for meaning and significance.

Tickets For HAMILTON at Shea's Buffalo Theatre Go on Sale Monday, August 9

There is a maximum purchase limit of 8 tickets per account for the engagement. When tickets go on sale, prices will range from $49 to $159, with a select number of premium seats available from $249 for all performances. There will be a lottery for 40 $10 seats for all performances. Details will be announced closer to the engagement.

Irvington Theater Receives Funding for All-New HVAC System, Paving the Way for 2022 Reopening

Since March of 2020, the Irvington Theater has been dark. The pandemic required that the doors stay closed, but the planning for what can and will be has continued on — so that live theater, films, comedy shows, and children's performances would one day come alive on the stage again.

It provides brand new and vastly expanded restrooms and concessions areas - and new measures for safety and security. In addition, it provides new spaces for gathering outside of the amphitheater: The Julie Bonacio Family Pavilion; The Pines Terrace; and the Nancy Di Cresce Education Room at The Pines, SPAC's first year-round space for education and community outreach.
