Chicago saxophonist Isaiah Collier, known as a self-described Sonic Scientist, has emerged as one of the most dynamic torchbearers of contemporary jazz, bringing a forward-looking approach rooted in deep tradition and the legacy of John Coltrane. The ensemble features Way Cambell on bass, Davis Whitfield on piano, and Tim Regis on drums. Collier performs on saxophones, percussion, and vocals.
