VIDEO: Sneak Peek - Syfy's GHOST HUNTERS, GHOST MINE, TOTAL BLACKOUT
Below, Syfy offers viewers a sneak peek of another season of ghost hunting. Ghost Hunters and a new series, Ghost Mine, will begin next Wednesday at 9/8c. Ghost Mine features a group of strong-willed and superstitious miners in the remote woods of Oregon who face the day-to-day challenges of their occupation in addition to the paranormal mysteries surrounding their mine. A new era begins when Ghost Hunters, Syfy's longest-running unscripted series, continues its eighth season with 14 all-new episodes beginning Wednesday, September 5 at 9 PM ET/PT.
Having bid a fond farewell to investigator Grant Wilson in May, The Atlantic Paranormal Society (TAPS) is officially a team in transition, which means there are plenty of surprises on the way this fall! To get back into the swing of things, Jason Hawes and the TAPS team hop in their tricked-out van and head below the Mason-Dixon line for a block of "Southern Spirits"-themed episodes.
First stop down in Dixie is Charleston, South Carolina - the winning location of Ghost Hunters' America's Hometown Ghost Hunt contest. Other famously haunted hotspots getting the thorough TAPS treatment this fall are Louisiana's Alexandria Zoo and the French Quarter in New Orleans.
