Replay Lincoln Park Announces BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER Pop Up Bar

Buffy Summers has officially left the streets of Sunnydale and made her way to slay in the Windy City. Just in time for Halloween, Replay Lincoln Park, 2833 N. Sheffield, is launching a 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' themed pop-up bar experience. Opening on Friday, October 12, the pop-up bar will offer guests the opportunity to 'live a day in the life of a true vampire slayer,' complete with doing (dreaded) research at the Sunnydale High Library, enjoying a night out at The Bronze nightclub, and even getting the chance to patrol the cemetery. On October 27, aspiring slayers are invited to dress up in their best Buffy attire for the ultimate Chicago Halloween Costume Party.

Throughout the course of the pop-up bar, Replay will host a variety of themed events including Karaoke nights with Lorne, Tarot Card readings at The Magic Box (by appointment only), a Band Candy Fundraiser, and Kitten Poker Night. An interactive drinking game called The Slayer's Quest, a femme-focused Potentials Party for recruiting future slayers, and a Fumigation Party to rid The Bronze of cockroaches, will also be available for fans to enjoy.

In addition to a plethora of photo opportunities, events, and role-playing activities, such as visiting the Magic Shop or the weapons rack to stock up on materials needed to seal the Hellmouth, or breaking into Spike's crypt at the cemetery, guests can enjoy appropriately-named cocktail concoctions such as "Lorne's Sea Breeze," "Giles' Single Malt Antiseptic," "The Trio," and "From Beneath You, It's a Sour."

During the month of October, Replay is also hosting a SOUTH PARK pop-up bar in a separate area, so guests will be able to experience two themed bars in one.

Replay offers guests over 60 free vintage arcade games, including pinball, air hockey and more. They also have skeeball and billiards. With no cover or tokens needed, Replay invites guests for great fun 5 p.m.-2 a.m. Monday - Thursday, Friday 3 p.m. - 2 a.m., 12 p.m. - 3 a.m. Saturday, and 12 p.m. - 2 a.m. Sunday.
