Delivering TV's Top 3 telecasts with multiple airings of "Good Luck Charlie," Disney Channel's reign as cable's No. 1 network in prime extended to 62 consecutive months in Kids 6-14 (1.3 million/3.4 rating) -- since March 2005.

Home to the month's No. 1 scripted cable telecast with the premiere of newcomer "Good Luck Charlie," Disney Channel's ranked as cable's No. 2 network for the 3rd straight month in Total Viewers (2.3 million), leading No. 3, TNT (2.1 million), by a solid 10%.

· The series debut of "Good Luck Charlie" (4/4/10, 8:30 - 9 p.m.) was the month's No. 1 scripted cable telecast in Total Viewers (5.1 million).

· A show for the whole family, 34% of all Adults 18+ that watched "Good Luck Charlie" viewed with a Kid 6-14 during April 2010. Moreover, on 4/18/10, an even higher 41% of all Adults 18+ that watched "Good Luck Charlie" viewed with a Kid 6-14.

· In Kids 6-14, Disney Channel held TV's Top 3 telecasts, all with "Good Luck Charlie":

· In Kids 2-5, a perennial Top 10 TV program among preschoolers, Playhouse Disney's "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse" ranked No. 8 in the target Kids 2-5 (632,000/3.8 rating).
