BWW Previews: Full Trailer Releases for Netflix's August release TO ALL THE BOYS I'VE LOVED BEFORE, based on the novel by Jenny Han by Bonnie Lynn Wagner
- July 27, 2018 Yesterday, Netflix revealed the full trailer for the movie adaptation of the first book in Jenny Han's best-selling YA series To All the Boys I've Loved Before, airing on Netflix August 17th.
The movie will star Lana Condor (Jubilee inX-Men: Apocalypse) as Lara Jean Song Covey and Noah Centineo (The Fosters) as Peter Kavinshky. It also features Janel Parrish (Pretty Little Liars) and Anna Cathcart (Dizzy in Disney's Descendants 2 and the upcoming Descendants 3) as Lara Jean's sisters.

- July 26, 2018 In 2019, Amazon Prime is unveiling its next big title, Good Omens, based on the novel by Neil Gaiman (American Gods, Coraline) and the late Sir Terry Pratchett (Discworld). Gaiman is the series show runner and it's directed by Douglas Mackinnon (Doctor Who). The series is slotted to run for six episodes and is being produced by the BBC, to air on its channel after it debuts on Prime.

Best Practices Handbook for Parent Artists and Employers Compiled by BWW News Desk
- July 26, 2018 Parent Artist Advocacy League for the Performing Arts (PAAL) has compiled the first draft of their Best Practices Handbook for Parent Artists and Employers to be available nationally to theatres in the United States. The handbook consists of application principles that can serve a wide range of institution levels, from Broadway to Regional to Festival size theatres, and features specific theatres and artist testimonials from around the country. Topics include the intersectional and intergenerational effects of parent discrimination, true stories of individual parent-artist discrimination and job loss, and research recommendations for reducing discrimination in the introduction. The body of the work presents recommendations for a variety of best practices, including Top-Down Foundational Principles, Work Culture and Language, Work Location and Provision, Work Schedule and Technology, Creative Childcare Initiatives, Sensitivity Training and Resources, Benefits Beyond Parent-Inclusive Culture, and more.
