Spark Movement Collective's newest production will be a modern-day interpretation of Alice in Wonderland, set to premiere in March. Breathing new life into this literary classic, Alice in Wonderland will follow Victorian-era Alice as she travels through the rabbit hole to find herself in present day New York City. As Alice encounters tourists, a sea of iPhones, tea drinking street vendors, and other curiosities, Spark examines how one person's perception of 'normal' may be weird and zany to another. The production will feature choreography by Artistic Director Chelsea Koenig featuring an eclectic array of music.
