A site-specific production of August Strindberg's Playing with Fire (translated by Michael Meyer) will open August 22nd in Williamsburg.

Directed by Eddie Prunoske, the show features Lauren Downie, Nick Ducassi, Elena McGhee, Lawrence Winslow, Haley Rawson and David Rysdahl.

Forbidden passions fuel this 60-minute site-specific avalanche that provides a madcap take on the life of the leisure class.

Dates: August 22, 23, 24 // 28, 29, 30 at 8:30pm. Runs 60 minutes, no intermission.

The play is taking place in a secret garden venue on N 7th Street in Williamsburg, 2 blocks from the Bedford L train stop.

Tickets are $10 and by reservation only -- PWF.reservations@gmail.com.

Coffee/tea/wine/beer will be available for sale from the venue for pre-show and post-show and BYOB is also welcome.
