Appetizer - An Evening of Sampling, the fifth annual choreographer's festival hosted by Movement in C is a must attend evening. A unique blend of original choreography and choreographic works incorporating text, is a feature of this year's festival. Boasting to hold one of the most diverse festivals by pushing the boundaries, a true night of art is sure to be enjoyed.
Choreographers and companies include: Christina Neubrand, Gina Montalto and Dancers, Loose Change Dance Collective, PoemDance Co., Praevado Dance Collective, Salma Allam Dance Theater, Sandra Kramerova & artists, SheepMeadow Dance Theatre, Billy Blanken.

Movement in C is a home. The place you can always come back to and reinvent yourself every time. Artistic Director Salma Allam and founding member Cathy Richards with their companies Salma Allam Dance Theater and CV Projects, strive to create work that is relatable to audiences. Venturing separately and together, their works are unified through expressing that part of us that we are afraid to bring fourth: vulnerability.
