I Want to Be Happy from No No Nanette (the tap dance was lead by Ruby Keeler, although the song was sung by others).
A solo female tap number is Wall Street from Dames at Sea.

I second Wall Street, and add Star Tar from Dames at Sea.
Both are usually done with full chorus, however.
