My first thought when I saw the title of the thread was, "Geez, is she coming out, too?"

Yes, but there's something wrong with it. It says that Aaron Sorkin wrote the character of Annabeth Schott on "The West Wing" for Kristin. That is incorrect. Sorkin wasn't even with the show when Kristin was on "The West Wing."

it is entirely possible that the character had been written/envisioned/developed a season or so in advance, with plans for the future.

I saw a recent interview with her and, If I am not mistaken, she said that he did write it right before he left the show. She said she decided to do it and was sad that she joined the show as he left.

How do you think that feels for her, working with Kudish after breaking off the engagement?

Yeah, my dad found it and told me to read it! She's gone from a seed to a flower! (Okay, so that means she has worked her way up very nicely.) Anyway, it was a great article.

You know you're a theater geek when that line conjures up a scene from ANNIE.

As much as this interview made me want to hang out with her, I didn't need nor want to know that she puts tiny sneakers on her poor little doggie.

You know that must be one terribly neurotic doggie...her voice is high enough, I imagine that poor creature can hear her before she even speaks.
