A.R.T. Members/Moby Dick |
My friend and I are planning something similar, but we’re coming from Australia! We are also going to buy a $50 membership to get early access to tickets. I can’t answer your questions from experience, but I believe that you get the ‘tickets are not currently available ‘ message because tickets are only on sale to subscribers at the moment. They will hopefully have a separate allocation of tickets available for single tickets when they go on sale.
Good luck! At least we’re not competing for the same performances.

That might be why tix arent available.
“The seating for Moby-Dick has not been finalized. Your seats will be assigned at a later date in the order in which your purchase was received.”

What's not to like? They don't want to promise seat assignments that they might not be able to deliver on. Makes sense to me. Would I LIKE to know? Sure, but I'm sure they'll have it worked out before too much longer.
Im sure it won't sell out with that message either. Not enough people don't care where they sit so Im sure you can wait a little bit for tickets. I am wondering how immersive this will actually get though.

Thanks. I did know about the museum cast but I heard there are changes. Just nothing specific.
FWIW, Subscribers got tickets for their shows a couple weeks ago, and the tix for Moby Dick don't have seating info on them. Info to follow.

Yeah. What she said.
I'm still disappointed that Ocean Filibuster was cancelled.
