I wonder if he’s seen it for himself. I think it is incredibly irresponsible to report on a work of art that you haven’t personally experienced

I am also a fan of the marketing. Wish I had gotten a mailer I also never got one for The Inheritance
Not sure why I’m suddenly not getting these mailers, they used to come all the time

Previews have started for this new play from Jack Thorne, I think Lee Sunday Evans has done some interesting work in the past, so this one is high on my list. Early reports are appreciated as always
In this new play by Tony winner Jack Thorne, friends gather for a book group, anxious to prove their intellectual worth, but that anxiety gets the better of any actual discussion as emotional truths come pouring out.
Somehow this Off-Broadway play slipped in under my radar, after reading the reviews on Showscore and The NY Times, I’m interested in 1 GA ticket for any day ($40). Please email me if you have an extra. Thank you for your consideration
If anyone has reports from the stand by line, please post them here

Are you seriously suggesting that people look into a play rather than just blindly buying a ticket? That’s just wacky
P.s. you could have put this warning in the thread that already exists for this production

They have been trying to expand the Public Works program to other community’s across the country, a high profile title like this would allow them to do that quite easily Great press for The Public and Disney if licensing is the route they chose to take.

Just wanted to provide an update that I got in through tonight’s In Person Stand By Lotto (whatever they call it) I thought it was verry well run (plenty of staff around to answer questions and register those who needed one for a Patron ID number)
Starting at 710 they gave out tickets (called out numbers, typically 4 at a time, and you won if you match), they gave them out pretty frequently up until 805-810 (when I got mine) There were ALLOT of people there, but I was impressed

Not liking this message on the website “The seating for Moby-Dick has not been finalized. Your seats will be assigned at a later date in the order in which your purchase was received.”

I think the notification period was 12-4. My mother hasn’t received an email yet, but online it tells her better luck next time. Not sure if this means more notifications are coming...
