It appears collections started, the announcement seemed awfully late this year- wondering if there any any reports regarding what the shows are offering?

Hoping they have something at The Band’s Visit when I go Wednesday. Also wondering what Once on This Island will have.

I heard Once on This Island had $100 signed posters from that day's cast and a $300 backstage tour/greet with Alex & Lea.

Any other updates, especially on Spongebob or Frozen?

The Band’s Visit is selling signed windowcards for $100. The BCEFA seller said they will be doing signed playbills but he doesn’t know when.
And Frozen won’t be offering anything yet as they are still in previews.

If anyone's interested, Spongebob is going to be selling posters and Playbills. Can anyone post prices if they stop by when they're selling?

Do you know if Tony Shalhoub signed the window cards? I'm assuming not since he went on his short leave from the show a few weeks ago, unless they do them somewhat in advance?

Usually right before Easter Bonnet, unless shows run out of stuff to sell early.

I got THE BOYS OF HARMONIA GARDENS calendar last time. If they still have them, grab one. It is a fun little calendar. It was either 10 or 20 bucks donation. The volunteers in the aisles had them.

Oooh where does one find details about this backstage tour thing? That's something I'd be interested in

I’m glad they reduced the price of the poster. They’ll be able to raise much more for BCEFA

This year, Dolly had signed posters ($200), signed playbills ($100), signed aprons ($100), unsigned aprons ($20), "Hello, Doggy!" dog scarves ($20 for large dogs, $10 for small), and then a few unique items: stage-used Dolly Levi business cards signed by Bernadette ($100), a stage-used handkerchief Bernadette kissed (so there was a lip imprint) and signed ($400, I think?), the starfish pin Dolly wears onstage (not sure which number it's from, but it was $300), the diamond (crystal, obviously) comb that holds the headdress during the title number ($500), the earrings from the title number costume ($600), and the earrings from the finale ultimo/wedding dress costume ($400).

They also had a picture/sketch drawn by Bernadette of "Dolly Levi lookin' the other way" for $500.

I managed to snag one of the posters (they only had 4 or so last night) and the only Playbill, but sadly they had run out of the business cards before I was able to get to the cashier. 2018 Easter Bonnet Collections

The guy manning the credit card iPad last night said they still had a few weeks left. I don't think they stop until close to Easter Bonnet itself, which is like the 22nd of April this year?

Thank you. I've seen the show multiple times. Has anyone ever slipped in the door to donate for an item? I don't think they check.

I personally didn't see anyone do it, but I don't think it would be impossible. They do the sales at the bar on the orchestra level, which is right next to an entrance/exit!

Yes, I have done that several times for Hamilton.  I stood at the door just before the show let out and walked in when they opened the door and bought a bunch of signed stuff.  They had a guy standing at the door, he was used to people wanting to come in as the show let out.  There were parents waiting at the door for their teenage kids who were inside seeing the show alone, there were people who looked like they were trying to scavenge discarded playbills from the floor, and there were a few people like me who were trying to buy Easter Bonnett stuff.  The door guy never gave me any trouble at all.  I did it three different times, never an issue, and this was back in Hamilton’s heyday when things were crazy.  I think you would have no problem with Hello Dolly, especially post-Bette.
