I would definitely not listen to weather forecasts this far out. Friday or Saturday is when I would worry. But, for what it's worth, accuweather on my phone is like 99% never accurate. It told me it was sunny one day when it was clearly raining.

I think it was about three years ago that - the evening before the Flea Market - they forecasted rain pretty much all day... In the end, it didn't rain at all. So you never know.
On a sidenote: if there's heavy rain, I think the Marriott Marquis could easily make a few conference rooms available or even the large open space on the second floor. Would be ten times better than the Roseland Ballroom.
I imagine the venue fees for indoor options would be excessive. And since the point of the event is to raise money for the cause... Here's hoping next Sunday's weather is exactly like today's!
Random FYI: Earth has the most complex and unpredictable weather of any planet in the solar system. There are so many factors involved that no matter how far technology progresses, they will only be able to predict daily weather accurately up to two weeks in advance. So relax, buy some rain gear, and hope for the best.

Wouldn't the Javits Center be a problem like hell from 2009? Or does that have more space?

I don't think anything could be as bad as 2009 was. The Javits Center was designed for this type of thing, Roseland was not. That being said, unless the Javits Center was feeling particularly philanthropic I doubt that it would be cost effective at all to have it only as a rain-delay backup site.
I remember 2009 all too well. It was so hot and crowded in the first hour that I honestly felt dizzy. I remember there was a couch up near the photo booth/autograph table and that made it a bit more bearable.

We must have different Gods. My God said "do to others what you would have them do to you". Your God seems to have said "My Way or the Highway".
2009 was scary. I got some good stuff, but I almost got stuck in a corner by the West Side Story table because I thought there would be a way to cut to the exit door behind it. No. It was a trap.

Someone tweeted at the BC/EFA twitter concerning the weather, they responded saying it's a Rain or Shine event. Not too sure what that means, if they'll be moving it anywhere but I'm assuming it means they won't be moving it due to weather
