Because a lot of people like it? What's so confusing about that? Jeez, people with minority opinions can be so self-deluded sometimes.

How much does it take for some people to believe that people feel differently about things, especially plays? People having a hard time believing everyone is entitled to their own opinions can be so self-deluded sometimes.

I believe they said lotto and rush will be starting after opening, so this week (digital lotto for sure, not 100% positive on rush). Discount codes I highly doubt... they actually raised prices at some point from when tickets originally went on sale --- cheapest rear mezz seats were originally $59, now $69. Guessing other prices went up accordingly as well.
I looked for discount codes this afternoon, but didn't find any. (I am a notoriously bad searcher, hiwever.)
Earlier today, I dove in and bought some regular priced tickets for my Feb trip. glad to have grabbed them, got front row mezz.
Whatta trip: this, Comet & Hamilton.
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?
These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.
So happy this production got the raves it deserves. I'm still thinking about the show weeks later.

Ljay, I wish there were discounts. I saw it this week and loved it so much that when I got home I bought another pair of tickets. My recommendation is to snatch up a pair of the $69 rear mezz seats while you can. They're mostly gone trough December but seem to still be available in January and beyond. And while not stellar seats, it's among the best of the last rows on Broadway. And I've sat in a whoooole lot of them. :)
SAME. so so so happy with these reviews and for everyone involved. Also still thinking about the performance i saw on broadway a few week ago and off broadway in may. Too good.
