It's a weird time in the world right now. It's always been a weird time in EGGland. The Lovely Eggs, the acclaimed psych-punk duo, who are set to release their new album 'I Am Moron' this coming April 3rd via EGG Records, had been due to tour the UK in April to promote the album's release and many of the dates were already sold out. Obviously, due to current world events the tour now cannot take place, but The Lovely Eggs are not the giving up type, and the band have successfully already rescheduled all of their dates to now take place in July.

In the memo, sent from BAFTA chair Dame Pippa Harris and chief executive Amanda Berry, the Academy said it is looking to make film and television content from last year's awards season available online.

AMC announced today that it has greenlit National Anthem, an 8-episode anthology series created by writer/director Scott Z. Burns (The Report, Contagion) and executive produced by Oscar® and Emmy® Award-winner Mark Johnson (Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, Rectify, Rain Man, The Natural, Bugsy). The musical dramedy is the first series greenlit under Johnson's multi-year overall deal with AMC Studios, through which he will continue to develop new series for the company's Entertainment Group as well as projects for potential sale to other content companies. National Anthem is the tragically funny story of a middle class midwestern family tumbling down the ladder of American society; periodically bursting into song as they struggle to catch themselves. Award-winning musician T Bone Burnett (Crazy Heart, The Hunger Games) is attached as the series' music producer with words and music by Craig Finn (The Hold Steady).

In late-night ratings results for the week of March 16-20 “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” has delivered its highest-rated week in adults 18-49, excluding weeks of NFL boosts, since April 22-26, 2019, and its most-watched week in three months, since Dec. 16-20, according to “live plus same day” figures from Nielsen Media Research.
