Sapiens – A Brief History of Humanity, by professor and philosopher Yuval Noah Harari, was the starting point for the play Ficções. After a successful season in Rio de Janeiro, the monologue, which marks the return of Vera Holtz to the stage after three years,opens on January 19th at Teatro FAAP, in São Paulo, for a season until March 26th.

Alem do Ar is a musical freely inspired by the life of Santos-Dumont, not only the daring and determined inventor, but also the man who had doubts about his inventions. The show is produced by the Lia Maria Aguiar Foundation, starring the talents of Cassio Scapin, Mateus Ribeiro, Felipe Prestes, Henrique Oliveira) and a great cast.

A dip in the history of Brazil takes us to the Bahian popular uprising known as Conjuracao Baiana, Revolta dos Alfaiates or Revolta dos Buzios. The movement is the inspiration for the show Uma Leitura dos Buzios (A Reading of Buzios). The premiere took place in November 2022 at Teatro Antunes Filho do Sesc Vila Mariana and continues until February 12th, 2023.

Macabea is a Brazil’s Northeastern migrant whose life is marked by the absence of affection and poetry. Her story is told by an actress, who decides to narrate her life in an exercise in alterity. Critical and public success, the musical stars Laila Garin, Claudia Ventura and Leonardo Miggiorin with original score by Chico Cesar.

The play comically portrays the encounters and disagreements of the contemporary love life of eight characters through four stories of a woman and a man - not necessarily couples - dealing with their own desires and traumas in search of love and facing loneliness. A gloriously funny examination of the chaotic world of love and relationships.

CLUBE DA ESQUINA – OS SONHOS Não AVELHECEM (Corner Club – Dreams Don't Grow Old) was presented to the world in 1972, being the first double long play in the country and considered the best Brazilian album of all time. Now completing 50, it gets theatrical version, under the direction of Dennis Carvalho and having Tiago Barbosa as the protagonist.

With 14 original songs played live, the story talks about friendship, love, respect, homophobia and especially, the struggle of an LGBTQIA+ person to conquer their space in society.

Based on the official biography of the singer, it features the actors Juan Alba, who plays Sidney Magal as an adult, and Luis Vasconcelos, who plays the Latin idol in his youth. In addition to remembering the various successes of the Brazilian popular music icon, the musical will outline the artist's trajectory, revealing the backstage of his life.

Destroyed by a massive fire in September 2018, the year of its bicentennial, the National Museum in Rio de Janeiro lost much of its impressive collection of around 20 million items. Tragedy – in all its real and symbolic value – was the starting point for the creation of a show.

The musical tells certain passages in Dominguinhos' life and work, mixing reality and fiction, as the artist recalls his trajectory through facts, music and professional and affective partnerships, while talking to his greatest and faithful companion, the Accordion.
