Sony Pictures Entertainment has released the trailer for "Miss Bala" starring Gina Rodriguez.

Gloria (Rodriguez) finds a power she never knew she had when she is drawn into a dangerous world of cross-border crime. Surviving will require all of her cunning, inventiveness, and strength.

The action thriller will be released in theaters on February 1, 2019.

Rodriguez is best known for starring in the hit CW series, "Jane the Virgin." She can also be seen on screen in "Smallfoot." She recently co-starred alongside Natalie Portman in the feature film "Annihilation." Rodriguez will also star as Carmen Sandiego for Netflix in its upcoming live-action film and animated series.
