A unique new promo for the upcoming documentary tracing the roots and reality of The Chase Brock Experience Dance Company is now available to view, showcasing an original musical composition by Michael John LaChiusa.

"Mirror, Mirror" accents the eye-filling and attention-grabbing new promo for CHASING DANCE, which centers on founding choreographer Chase Brock and how he came to form the innovative and idiosyncratic Brooklyn dance collective seven years ago.

The official short biography of The Chase Brock Experience is as follows: "The Chase Brock Experience is a Brooklyn-based contemporary Dance Company founded by choreographer Chase Brock in 2006. Since 2007, CBE has premiered 25 dances and six commissioned scores in New York seasons at Joyce SoHo, Abrons Arts Center, Dance New Amsterdam, Baruch Performing Arts Center and The Connelly Theater, and galas at Galapagos Art Space and Florence Gould Hall. CBE has also appeared in Fire Island Dance Festival, Downtown Dance Festival, Dance Gotham Festival, Dance from the Heart and Solstice in Times Square, and at The Joyce Theater, Symphony Space, 92nd Street Y, La Mama E.T.C., Manhattan Movement and Arts Center, Purchase Performing Arts Center, Broadway's New Amsterdam Theatre and on tour from North Carolina to Maine. CBE has received coveted residencies at Robert Wilson's Watermill Center and The Orchard Project, and has received choreographic sponsorships from Dancers Responding to AIDS in 2007 and 2011. In addition, CBE created the dance numbers and served as the animation references for Ubisoft's bestselling video game Dance on Broadway for Nintendo Wii and PlayStation Move."
