Juilliard Chooses SPEKTRIX to Analyze Audiences and Improve Access to Performances and Fundraising Efforts
By: Louisa Brady
Spektrix, a leading cloud-based box office management software for the arts, today announced it has been selected by the world famous Juilliard School to simplify ticketing and gain new insights from audiences for the school's many performances.
Juilliard is a byword for excellence in the performing arts. Established in 1905, the Juilliard School counts among its alumni some of the globe's most famous actors, recitalists, orchestral and operatic musicians, administrators and teachers. Juilliard became part of Lincoln Center in 1968 when the School added a four-year drama program to its existing music and dance college departments. With five venues on their Lincoln Center site, and numerous high-level collaborations and performances throughout the year supported by the school curriculum, Juilliard needed a solution that would accommodate complexity in scheduling. The School also needed to move away from manual paper ticket distribution and consolidate separate systems within Juilliard under a single dashboard. With ticket sales for paid events and ticket distribution to free events in the range of 70,000 seats per season, providing box office staff with an intuitive, easy-to-learn user interface was essential. For more information, visit www.spektrix.com.
