Peter Pan, like its namesake, is a tale which never ages. Children and adults alike have all fallen under the spell of Neverland, a place where children can fly and exciting, frightening adventures happen every day.



In 1985 Piers Chater Robinson adapted J.M. Barrie's book for the stage, and now, 25 years later, his innovative Peter Pan musical score is well known and loved, performed in professional and amateur productions worldwide and is quickly becoming the most popular musical version of Peter Pan internationally. CYT is pleased to be selected as one of the first theaters in Chicagoland to produce it!



Join all your favorite characters: Peter Pan, Wendy, John, Michael, the dastardly Captain Hook and his sidekick Smee, Tiger Lily, the Lost Boys, Pirates, Neverland Indians, Fairies, Nana the pet dog and, of course, that scary crocodile as CYT travels to Neverland like you've never experienced it before.

Last night the City of Winter Garden approved a $100,000 funding request for a project that will revolutionize how digital technology is used in entertainment and provide a sustainable community asset for the residents of Winter Garden. The Garden Theatre has rallied local digital and technology companies to donate over $825,000 in in-kind goods and services to convert the Garden Theatre into an immersive digital experience that enhances the live action of a classic play for the May 2015 production of Peter Pan. 59E59 Theaters and Prospect Theater Company announce cast for the NYC premiere LONG STORY SHORT, adapted from David Schulner's play An Infinite Ache by Brendan Milburn and Valerie Vigoda, and directed by Kent Nicholson. LONG STORY SHORT begins performances on February 28 for a limited engagement through March 29. The performance schedule is Tuesday - Thursday at 7:15 PM, Friday at 8:15 PM; Saturday at 2:15 PM and 8:15 PM; and Sunday at 3:15 PM. Please note the following schedule adjustments: there are no matinee performances on Saturday, February 28 and Saturday, March 7; the performance on Sunday, March 1 is at 7:15 PM only. The Shakespeare Theatre Company (STC) presents Dunsinane, playwright David Greig's majestic sequel to Shakespeare's Macbeth, presented by the National Theatre of Scotland and the Royal Shakespeare Company, and directed by Roxana Silbert. First premiered by the Royal Shakespeare Company at Hampstead Theatre in 2010, this tour marks the U.S. premiere of Dunsinane after a highly successful tour to East Asia and Russia in spring 2014. This episode also features Mike Millan of Off-Broadway's 'Piece of My Heart' and Max Chernin of 'Brooklynite'. Lanky is an awkward young dreamer whose grand ambition is to work at Guiness Book of World Records and talk to girls without being weird. A new neighbor has moved down the hall from him and with the help of his very handsome roommate he tries to find ways to woo the girl next door. California Musical Theatre announced a varied lineup of musicals for the 2015 season of Sacramento Music Circus at the Wells Fargo Pavilion, the 65th season for what has become a Northern California summer tradition. The summer lineup will include two classics that are Music Circus audience favorites, Lerner and Loewe's My Fair Lady and Leonard Bernstein, Arthur Laurents and Stephen Sondheim's West Side Story, as well as the Mississippi adventure Big River, the musical comedy Bye Bye Birdie, the magical journey Peter Pan, and a sixth show that will be offered as an option for season subscribers, the generation-defining Hair.
