Josh Groban's Great Big Radio City Show Adds Fourth Date Due To Demand

Due to overwhelming demand, the Madison Square Garden Company (MSG) has announced an additional show for Josh Groban's forthcoming residency at New York's iconic Radio City Music Hall on September 26, 2020. To celebrate the announcement, Josh made an appearance on The View this morning to promote the added fourth show date to his residency. Performances will kick off on Valentine's Day, February 14, 2020 with additional shows on April 18, 2020 and June 20th, 2020. Tickets for the September 26, 2020 show are on sale HERE.

Encore Community Services has been providing care and service to the elderly of the Clinton/Times Square/Midtown communities for 43 years. Encore was founded in 1977 by Father George Moore, the pastor of St. Malachy's Church. He, along with Sisters Elizabeth Hasslet and Lillian McNamara, and members of the Broadway community (including The Shubert Organization, Sardi's and the theatrical unions) turned the old Actor's Chapel in the basement of St. Malachy's into the Encore Senior Center, where it still thrives today.

On Nov. 25, Celebrity Autobiography celebrated its 10th anniversary as winner of the Drama Desk Award with a show at The Triad (158 West 72nd St) with a cast featuring Susan Lucci, Tony Danza, Janeane Garofalo, John Fugelsang, Tony-nominee Andy Grotelueschen (Tootsie) and show creators, Emmy-nominated, Drama Desk-winners Eugene Pack & Dayle Reyfel. Last winter, Celebrity Autobiography enjoyed a residency at the Marquis Theatre on Broadway.

AARP The Magazine today announced the nominees for the upcoming 19th Annual Movies for Grownups® Awards, with A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood, Bombshell, Little Women, Marriage Story, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, The Farewell, The Irishman, and The Two Popes contending for Best Picture/Best Movie for Grownups category. For nearly two decades, AARP's MFG program has championed movies for grownups, by grownups, by advocating for the 50-plus audience, fighting industry ageism, and encouraging films that resonate with older viewers. Annette Bening will receive the esteemed Movies for Grownups® Career Achievement Award.
PAL Youth Participate In Global Festival Of Arts, Culture & Ideas At SUNY Purchase College

On Friday, November 15th, the Police Athletic League (PAL) Acting Program took 107 students to SUNY Purchase College to the a?oeGlobal Festival of Arts, Culture & Ideas.a?? PAL students attended The Music and Dance Performance, a?oeHaiti Alive,a?? at the SUNY Purchase Performing Arts Center. The program included dance and a variety of intersections between Haitian folk music and the classical and jazz traditions. The performance featured professional artists, Steven Mayer, Rudy Perrault, dancers from the Purchase Conservatory of Dance and drummers, chamber musicians, jazz musicians, and orchestra musicians from the Purchase Conservatory of Music.

Due to overwhelming demand, the Madison Square Garden Company (MSG) has announced an additional show for Josh Groban's forthcoming residency at New York's iconic Radio City Music Hall. The residency was announced on Good Morning America and tickets went on sale today.
