Tonight, The 24 Hour Plays releases its first-ever series of Viral Monologues on IGTV @24hourplays and at https://24hourplays.com/viral-monologues/. 20 of the theatre world's top writers have been paired with 20 game actors and have written unique pieces just for them. From 6 PM until midnight, the new monologues will be published, one every 15 minutes.

CBS announced the series premieres of two new dramas, FBI: MOST WANTED and TOMMY; the debuts of the milestone 40th season of SURVIVOR and the 15th and final season of CRIMINAL MINDS; and the return of MACGYVER and UNDERCOVER BOSS.

Deadline reports that Russell G. Jones and Olivia Lucy Phillip will be series regulars opposite Edie Falco and Michael Chernus in CBS drama pilot Tommy, from co-creator Paul Attanasio and producer Amblin TV.

New York Stage and Film has announced that Donja R. Love's soft will be the second installation in their NYC Reading Series at Barnard College, held on Monday, October 29th at 7:00pm at the Glicker-Milstein Theater at The Diana Center. Directed by Awoye Timpo, the cast of soft features Gabriel Diego Hernandez, Galen Ryan Kane, Obie and AUDELCO Award winner Russell G. Jones, Andy Lucien, Joshua E. Manhattan Theatre Club's new Broadway production of Saint Joan written by Nobel Prize in Literature and Academy Award winner Bernard Shaw and directed by Tony Award winner Daniel Sullivan is now in its final two weeks of performances. The production is produced in association with Eddie Marks/Ostar. Today, Wednesday May 30, marks the Feast Day of Saint Joan - which celebrates her life and her sainthood.

In Broadway by Design, BroadwayWorld is shining a spotlight on the stellar designs of this Broadway season, show by show. Today, we continue the series with Scott Pask, Christopher Ash, and Jane Greenwood, who acted as scenic, projection and costume designers for MTC's epic Broadway revival of Saint Joan.

'I feel so liberated,' said Condola Rashad following her opening night bow in Saint Joan. 'Stepping into this particular character's shoes has really done something for me as a person, not just as an actor.'
