The 24 Hour Plays has announced a special edition round of The 24 Hour Plays: Viral Monologues, featuring brand-new monologues written, rehearsed and recorded in 24 hours by Developing Artist teens and stars of stage and screen.   Beginning at 6:00 PM on Sunday, March 28th, one monologue will be released every 15 minutes on Instagram, Facebook and Youtube.

This year, with the support of the Jewish nonprofit Reboot, the Saturday Night Seder team is adding digital content leading up to and throughout the week of Passover. These new features include: a behind-the-scenes MAKING-OF short documentary; a new BEHIND THE SCENES interview and performance of “Next Year” and more.

The 24 Hour Plays: Viral Monologues will mark their one-year anniversary with a series of unforgettable monologues. Twenty-four actors have been paired with twenty-four writers, who have crafted unique pieces especially for their actors. From 6 PM until 10 PM, new monologues will be published every 15 minutes.  

The 24 Hour Plays: Viral Monologues returns in 2021 for another weekly series on IGTV.

The first-ever New Works Virtual Festival kicks off tonight! The New Works Virtual Festival will stream 20 new non-musical scripts every day from December 4th - 24th of 2020 (19 plays, 1 teleplay) featuring the work of a diverse group of writers and all-star cast members. A 21st piece will be selected from holiday-themed submissions to be streamed on December 25th.
