The actors performing the series of Viral Monologues will include: Allison Posner, Andrew Leeds, Anika Larsen, Bonnie Milligan, Chad Burris, Derek Klena, Derrick Baskin, Joél Pérez, Lennon Parham, Maria-Christina Oliveras, Melody A. The 24 Hour Plays has announced a special edition round of The 24 Hour Plays: Viral Monologues, featuring brand-new monologues written, rehearsed and recorded in 24 hours by Developing Artist teens and stars of stage and screen. Beginning at 6:00 PM on Sunday, March 28th, one monologue will be released every 15 minutes on Instagram, Facebook and Youtube.

AKA NYC has announced that Producers Blair Russell, Dale A. Mott, and Nolan Williams, Jr. have been chosen as the inaugural recipients of the newly formed Black Producer 500 Hours Initiative. The goal is to help open doors for new, diverse, and necessary storytellers on Broadway stages and in arts and performance spaces across the country.

Actor Bruce Sabath (Company, Cagney, Fiddler on the Roof in Yiddish) celebrated the inauguration of President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris by producing an uplifting music video of the song 'Beautiful City' from the Stephen Schwartz musical Godspell. The video features Sabath in locations around New York. Also featured are photographs of New York City, submitted by Sabath's colleagues and fans, who responded to a mention of the project on social media.

It was Produced and Conceived by Mike Karns and Steven Tartick, Directed by Raúl Esparza and Music Directed by Mary-Mitchell Campbell. The Music was Produced by Benedict Braxton-Smit, with Vocals by Sierra Boggess and Raul Esparza.
