After almost a year of creative silence, Wright State University’s Department of Theatre, Dance and Motion Pictures has come back to life with a Spring festival of classic, contemporary, original and re-invented Theatre, Films and Dance.

Tomorrow, March 14, the 63rd GRAMMY Awards air on CBS, and of the 83 categories, Broadway fans are zeroed in on just six nominees- the competitors for Best Musical Theater Album.

The UK premiere of A Killer Party will be released as a series of 9 episodes to watch on-demand, at home or on the go, bringing the very best of British stage and screen directly into your living room.  This side-splitting new musical, fueled by a contemporary pop score, will be available to watch on stream.theatre from 19 April – 16 May.

 In December of 2020, Broadway Artists Alliance (BAA) assembled a 'killer' cast of twenty six young performers to present the virtual sensation A Killer Party: A Murder Mystery Musical. Highland, NJ resident Jennifer Johns-Grasso, the Founder and Artistic Director of BAA, directs the production.

The awards nominated six musicals from Broadway, Off-Broadway, and the West End - 'Jagged Little Pill,' 'American Utopia,' 'Little Shop of Horrors,' 'The Prince of Egypt,' 'Soft Power,' and Amélie.'

Shorter days, and cooler nights means it’s time to cozy up with some hot performances on BroadwayHD, the premier streaming service for theater fans!  Today, the streaming platform announced their robust November lineup filled with rockin’ musical numbers, thrilling operas, and even a little holiday cheer.

Theatrical licensor Music Theatre International (MTI) announced that Remote Performance Rights (live and recorded) for the new digital musical A Killer Party: A Murder Mystery Musical are available to theatrical organizations in the US and Canada.
