Michael R. Jackson's WHITE GIRL IN DANGER will begin previews on March 15, 2023 and will officially open on April 10, 2023 at Second Stage’s Off-Broadway home, the Tony Kiser Theater. The limited 8-week run will play through Sunday, May 21, 2023.

Second Stage Theater has announced casting for the Broadway debut production of Stephen Adly Guirgis’ Pulitzer Prize-winning play, BETWEEN RIVERSIDE AND CRAZY, directed by Austin Pendleton. The production will star Victor Almanzar, Elizabeth Canavan, Rosal Colon and more.

Wayne Brady, Jordin Sparks, and more will be joined by a Real Housewife, a Bachelorette and a drag queen superstar, and more in season 31 of Dancing With the Stars. Second Stage Theater will kick off its 44th Season with the New York Premiere of CAMP SIEGFRIED, the new play from Tony Award-nominee BESS WOHL, directed by Tony Award-winner DAVID CROMER. The production will feature SAWYER BARTH and LILY McINERNY, both of whom will be making their off-Broadway stage debuts.

This play anthropomorphizes depression and explores how mental illness can devastate a person and the lives of those around them.

Signature Theatre’s SigSpace will reteam this June with Theatre For One to present six one-on-one, five-to-six minute theater experiences. Titled Déjà Vu (referencing a featured work by the same name), this iteration of Theatre For One revisits five selected works from the visionary and unconventional organization.

Second Stage Theater has announced casting for the upcoming world premiere production of 53% OF. The production will feature ANNA CRIVELLI, EDEN MALYN, MARIANNA McCLELLAN, GRACE REX, CATHRYN WAKE, and AYANA WORKMAN.

Signature Theatre announced its 2022-2023 season—from Resident playwrights Quiara Alegría Hudes, Samuel D. The limited engagement of Alison Leiby’s Oh God, A Show About Abortion has been extended through June 30 at the Cherry Lane Theatre.

Signature Theatre has extended the world premiere of Samuel D. Hunter’s A Case for the Existence of God, directed by David Cromer (Tony Award-winner, The Band’s Visit) to May 29. The production, which opened on May 2, is running on The Irene Diamond Stage at The Pershing Square Signature Center (480 W 42nd St).
