ATX Television Festival will reunite the cast of critically acclaimed series “Scrubs” for a panel conversation this summer. ATX Television Festival has announced additional programming for year nine of the festival, which will take place June 4-7, 2020, in Austin, Texas.   ATX Season 9 will include reunions for two beloved comedies from creator/director/executive producer  Bill Lawrence: “Scrubs,” and “Cougar Town,” which was co-created by Kevin Biegel (“Enlisted”). Lawrence will join “Scrubs” cast members Zach Braff, Donald Faison, Sarah Chalke, John C. McGinley, Judy Reyes, Neil Flynn and Christa Miller for a reunion panel celebrating 10 years since the series finale. 

Circle in the Square Theatre School, the only professional actor training program affiliated with a Broadway theatre, is has announced it is now accepting applications for its new and exciting B.F.A. in Theatre and Musical Theatre in conjunction with Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Two-time Emmy Award and two-time Tony Award-winner Judith Light stars in Pigasus Pictures' Ms. White Light, written and directed by Paul Shoulberg and also starring Roberta Colindrez, John Ortiz, Zachary Spicer and Carson Meyer. There will be a screening of the film on May 31st, 2:30 pm at the Bow Tie Cinemas Theater 2, as part of the Greenwich International Film Festival.

Millikin University's School of Theatre & Dance will cap its 2018-19 production season with the world premiere of 'Miss Me' on Thursday, May 9 and Friday, May 10 at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday, May 11 at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. The production will be held in Albert Taylor Theatre located in Shilling Hall on Millikin's campus.

BroadwayWorld previously reported last year that an all-female production of David Mamet's play Glengarry Glen Ross was in the works.

Vulture today announced the lineup for its second annual Vulture Festival Los Angeles Presented by AT&T, a weekend of high-profile events bringing the entertainment site to life, and an expansion of the pop-culture extravaganza that has taken place in New York City for the last five years. The marquee event is the largest Down syndrome fundraiser in the world and will be held during Down Syndrome Awareness Month on Saturday, Oct. 20, 2018 at the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel, 1550 Court Place in Denver.
