LA MIRADA THEATRE FOR THE PERFORMING ARTS & McCOY RIGBY ENTERTAINMENT have announced the 2022/2023 “Get On Your Feet!” season of shows.  

Counting down 100 days until the film's release, Disney has dropped a new teaser trailer for The Little Mermaid live action remake. The new video teases a first look at Melissa McCarthy as Ursula, plus new footage of Ariel's Mersisters and Jonah Hauer-King as Prince Eric. Watch the new video preview now!

Victorian State Ballet presents The Snow Queen, from April 14 to 16 at The Concourse Theatre, Chatswood.  

Segerstrom Center for the Arts presents a family series of shows as part of their 2022/2023 season programming. The first is Somos Amigos on March 4 and 5. Following will be Ugly Duckling on March 18 and 19. Next is Grimmz Fairy Tales on April 22 and 23. Doctor Kaboom: Look Out! Science is Coming! will close the series on May 6 and 7.

Lyrical season will have 11 titles, including the premiere of O Machete, by Mehmari. Throughout 2023, will be presented of Il Seraglio, by Mozart, Cinderella, by Viardot, The Cunning Little Vixen, by Janácek, Dido and Eneas, by Purcell, among others. The program also includes ballet shows, symphonic and chamber music concerts.

Following a public workshop last year, Rorschach Theatre will present SOMETIMES THE RAIN, SOMETIMES THE SEA by Julia Izumi March 24 - April 16, 2023 at Atlas Performing Arts Center.

After its pandemic-delayed pause, the first national tour of FROZEN THE MUSICAL has finally arrived at OC's Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Costa Mesa playing thru February 19, 2023. A not-perfect but still enjoyable adaptation, the show, for the most part, is a creative and entertaining triumph of clever innovation and progressive storytelling.

Redondo Ballet's production of SNOW QUEEN, directed and choreographed by Donna Perkins and Francesca Stern, is based on Hans Christian Andersen's tale, but puts an incredibly unique and exciting spin on the story, taking Rudie (whose best friend has been taken by the evil Snow Queen), on an adventurous odyssey.  Check out photos here!
