Songbook Sundays, created and hosted by Deborah Grace Winer celebrating the American Songbook will continue at Jazz at Lincoln Center’s Dizzy’s Club with It Might as Well Be Rodgers & Hammerstein, April 21st at 5 PM and 7:30 PM.

Birdland presented singer/actress Linda Purl on the historic stage on Monday, April 1, with Big Band Romance. Ms. Purl was accompanied by the DIVA Jazz Orchestra and musical director Tedd Firth, with special guest singer Nicolas King.

Linda Purl has had a long, storied career, playing iconic roles on Happy Days, Matlock and The Office. On Monday April 1, she’s back at Birdland Jazz Club with a one-night only concert called BIG BAND ROMANCE. The show will pay tribute to the big band greats with hit songs including “Pick Yourself Up” and “Come Rain or Come Shine.”

The life and legacy of Pulitzer Prize winning lyricist Sheldon Harnick will be celebrated at 54 Below. See who is starring in the concert and learn how to purchase tickets!
