Tonight, The 24 Hour Plays: Viral Monologues celebrates its milestone tenth edition.

In 2014, Atlantic Theater Company presented the world premiere of the musical Found. The musical starred Nick Blaemire, Barrett Wilbert Weed, and more. The company is now flashing back with a clip from the production, featuring cast members singing 'Stay Weird.'

Broadway may be dark and silent right now, but the theatre community isn't. After a successful first run, The 24 Hour Plays: Viral Monologues returned on March 24 with a fresh set of quarantine-inspired short plays and monologues. Since 1995, the 24 Hour Plays project has been matching up writers and performers to create funny, moving, and emotional mini-pieces of theater in, well, 24 hours. The response to the quickly-adapted March 17 edition was so overwhelming that a sequel was immediately born.

Season three of the Emmy Award-nominated 'DuckTales' will debut with two new episodes SATURDAY, APRIL 4 (9:30 a.m. EDT/PDT), on Disney XD and DisneyNOW. he five-day Catalina Film Festival (CFF) celebrates its 9th annual festival in coastal sister cities with iconic and historic film venues. The continued partnership with Long Beach connects the island festival's experience to the mainland Sept. 25-29, 2019, bookending CFF with 'launch' and 'landing' premieres, parties and panels Wednesday-Thursday and Sunday in Long Beach. Catalina Island will play host to CFF Friday and Saturday, with Festival-chartered cruises to and from the Queen Mary Terminal daily. 

Production started this week in Vancouver on Walt Disney Pictures' “Flora & Ulysses,” directed by Lena Khan and based on the Newberry Award–winning children's book, “Flora & Ulysses: The Illuminated Adventures” by Kate DiCamillo.
