A benefit for mental health organization Darkness RISING gave the folks at Birdland some great COMPANY.

Katrina Lenk has joined BIRDLAND’s benefit concert for “Darkness RISING” the Broadway Cast of Company, tonight Monday, September 20 at 7:00 PM. “Darkness RISING” provides direct mental health resources for the community, as well as for Broadway show company members.

BroadwayWorld has learned that Katrina Lenk has joined the previously announced benefit concert for Darkness RISING, set for tonight, September 20, at Birdland Jazz Club.

The producers of Company today announced that Manu Narayan will play the role of Theo when the eagerly anticipated production resumes performances Monday, November 15 ahead of a Thursday, December 9 opening night at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre (242 West 45th Street).

The box office at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre (242 West 45th) reopens for business today at 12:00 PM for the highly anticipated return of Marianne Elliott’s revolutionary staging of Stephen Sondheim and George Furth’s seminal musical masterpiece, Company.

The cast of the new Broadway production of Company will present a benefit concert for Darkness RISING on Monday, September 20 at 7 PM ET at Birdland Jazz Club (315 West 44th Street).

Scott Alan will release his ninth album, Nothing More, on September 24. The songwriter has teamed up with musical director Ben Cohn for a new album celebrating the first two years of Scott’s daughter, Alex Vivian’s, life.

The highly-anticipated new production of Stephen Sondheim and George Furth's landmark American musical, Company, directed by two-time Tony Award winner Marianne Elliott starring Tony and Grammy Award winner Katrina Lenk as Bobbie and two-time Tony Award and two- time Grammy Award winner Patti LuPone as Joanne will return to Broadway sooner than expected. BroadwayWorld has just confirmed that the show will begin previews at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre (242 West 45th Street) on November 15, with opening night set for December 9.

In a new promo video, Company has revealed that it will be returning to Broadway! The show was previously set to open on Broadway on March 22, 2020 at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre, but never officially opened due to the pandemic shutting down theatres on March 12, 2020.

James, Christine Toy Johnson, Rob McClure, Lauren Molina, and more. Ms. Molina replaces the previously announced Margaret Odette.
