BACK TO THE FUTURE The Musical’s performances at the Adelphi Theatre in London’s West End will extend to 3 July 2022. Tickets on sale now. The musical, which had its opening night on Monday 13 September, has had an incredible reaction from the public and been rewarded with 5 star and 4 star reviews. 

Last night, guests and celebrities celebrated the opening night of BACK TO THE FUTURE The Musical at the Adelphi Theatre, with a pre-show drinks reception at the Corinthia hotel.

Sondra James (nee Weil) the Film, TV and Theatre actress whose resume includes Ben Affleck, Joaquim Phoenix, Robert DeNiro, Christopher Lloyd, Mike Birbiglia, Stephen Colbert and so many more died at the age 82 on September 12th at her home in New York City surrounded by family and friends following a 5 month battle with Lung Cancer. 

Since its release in 1985 Back to the Future has been an iconic film. It made a star out of Michael J Fox and catapulted Huey Lewis’ “The Power of Love” into a worldwide hit. Despite repeated pressure and two sequels, creators Robert Zemeckis and Bob Gale always refused to make a reboot of the original film, but the thought of a musical as a new medium to tell the story has proved irresistible.

Michael J Fox was unable to travel to London to attend the opening night, but got to see the musical via video and shared a note with the cast.

Morning's At Seven, Paul Osborn's treasured comedy classic, returns to New York this fall for the first time in 20 years featuring an all-star cast.

Sebastian Maniscalco has celebrated heights in live entertainment only a few comedians ever achieve. And now he rounds out his New York Metropolitan December 2021 run with one final show at Madison Square Garden on Tuesday, December 28. Tickets on sale Friday, August 13 at 10 a.m. ET.

Shakespeare & Company has announced a benefit concert this summer featuring Robert Miller's Project Grand Slam — the rock, jazz, and Latin fusion band with a NYC groove! The show takes place on August 17 at 8:30 p.m. at the Tina Packer Playhouse.

Shakespeare & Company is presenting King Lear By William Shakespeare. Directed by Nicole Ricciardi and featuring Christopher Lloyd, the play will be running through August 28 at The New Spruce Theatre.

Shakespeare & Company has announced that on June 1, a limited number of additional tickets will be made available for all of its productions this season. This includes King Lear featuring Christopher Lloyd, BECOMING OTHELLO: A Black Girl’s Journey, Art, and a workshop version of Measure For Measure.

Bob comes out totally beaten up because he didn’t know he could use a stuntman for his new action movie Nobody, and he talks about doing an action movie, working with Christopher Lloyd, writing a book of poetry with his kids in quarantine, getting vaccinated with his “Better Call Saul” castmates, and not wanting to know what his character’s fate is on the final season of the show.

Shakespeare & Company will launch its 2021 season with a production of Shakespeare's King Lear, featuring acclaimed actor and three-time Emmy winner Christopher Lloyd. Directed by Nicole Ricciardi, King Lear will run July 2 through August 29.
