The Struts have announced a string of intimate UK dates to celebrate the release of their new album Strange Days, which is coming out this Friday 16th via Interscope / Polydor.

London via Australia folk/psych rockers Tempesst have released the third single, “High On My Own,” which is off their upcoming debut album Must Be A Dream, out September 30 (Pony Recordings).

Today, The Strokes announce an upcoming run of shows in North America. This March, the band will perform in Vancouver, Seattle and Los Angeles.

Today, The Ah—solo project of composer and musician Jeremy Gustin (Rubblebucket, Okkervil River, Delicate Steve, Marc Ribot, Albert Hammond Jr, etc)—shared the second single from his forthcoming sophomore full-length Mere Husk. Following the lead single 'Watermelon Tears,' which caught the attention of PASTE ('displaying the happy energy of life'), The New York Times ('a burst of comic relief') and others,'The Factory Girl' features Gustin's friend, Yuan Liu, on vocals, who also stars in the track's accompanying music video.

Los Angeles four-piece The Paranoyds will release their incredible debut album Carnage Bargain this Fall, and today they share the record's title track. Following the album's first single 'Girlfriend Degree,' 'Carnage Bargain' shows the band delivering scathing lyrical observations under the guise of a quirky pop hook. Following last month's release of the A-Side, today the band share the incredible B-side. Premiering on Matt Wilkinson's Beats 1 show via Apple Music, 'Trade Our Sins' is a cautionary slowdance fit for the end of the night or the end of the world. Desire's doomsday has arrived, and as vocalist/bassist Staz Lindes warns 'the train is coming' over a simple waltz of guitars and keys, we hear of two lovers in a now-or-never moment to share in sin's delights before it's too late. In The Valley Below has premiered a video for “Blue Sky Drugs” today via BrooklynVegan - a hand-clapped, electro-glam stomp, like a future-shocked Fleetwood Mac – in conjunction with the kick off The Pink Chateau Alamo Drafthouse tour tonight in Brooklyn, where they will perform the album/score live in front of the film, broadcasted over headphones. The Pink Chateau album and its motion picture companion will be arriving April 26 on Bright Antenna Records.
