BRIAN FEEHAN - (professional director/choreographer/writer)attended the Goodman School of Drama in Chicago, received a degree from the Tisch School of the Arts at NYU, and was one of 30 chosen to study at the Royal National Theater of Great Britain. Some plays directed include "THE LION IN WINTER" (Best Director - Dorset Theater Festival), PETER PAN" (original adaptation from the Barrie play - "the most intriguing and exciting production of the DTF season"), "THE 39 STEPS (Farmer's Alley Theatre - nominated Best Professional Production), "LES LIAISONS DANGEREUSES" (Yale), "OLEANNA", "NOISES OFF", "ONE FLEW OVER THE CUCKOO'S NEST (off-Broadway), "MOON OVER BUFFALO", "TAMING OF THE SHREW", "LEND ME A TENOR", and "STAGE DOOR". Some musicals include: "JACQUES BREL" (at the Walnut Street Theater - nominated for Best Choreography),"THE FANTASTICKS (Ivoryton Playhouse),"A LITTLE NIGHT MUSIC", "WEST SIDE STORY", "A FUNNY THING…", "ANNIE WARBUCKS", "THE MUSIC MAN", "NUNSENSE", (voted audience favorite - Dorset), "CHICAGO", "CABARET", "BYE BYE BIRDIE", and "JOSEPH/DREAMCOAT". Also, the New York premieres of "WHERE DID VINCENT VAN GOGH?" starring Emmy Award winner Dan Castellaneta (Homer Simpson), "CARRIN BEGINNING", "AMPERSAND" (Newsday Oppy Award nomination), "WATCHING MY HAIR GROW", "MEDEA'S NURSE" starring Academy Award winner Kim Stanley, and his own adaptation of "THE MISER" (Westside Rep) and Associate Director with Patricia Birch on "ORPHAN TRAIN".
Regionally: three seasons at the Dorset Theater Festival, The Walnut Street Theater, Ivoryton Playhouse, Forestburgh Playhouse, Yale, three seasons at the Summer Theater of Meredith, Interlakes Theater, three seasons at New London Barn Playhouse), Little Theater in the Square, Farmer's Alley Theater, The Glove Theater, five years as Artistic Director of the Riverside Stage Company, Music Theater of Connecticut, and Boston Center for the Arts. Many Business Theater productions (Audi, Canon, Revco, Whirlpool). As a writer/adaptor his works has been performed regionally including: "PETER PAN", "IT'S THE MISER', "SCENE OF THE CRIME", "HEAD GAMES", "EVOLUTION", "OUT OF GOLD" and "PARLOR GAMES". Several plays are published and licensed by Heuer Publishing.

St. Bart's Players Will Present CITY OF ANGELS' In Concert
To launch its 93rd season, the St. Bart's Players will present a staged, 'concert
version' of the Tony Award-winning, and rarely performed, City of Angels. With a
bluesy, jazzy score by Cy Coleman, lyrics by David Zippel and a book by Larry
Gelbart, City of Angels is a smart and stylish film-noir musical that captures the gritty sights and sounds of Hollywood's classic detective movies.
St. Bart's Players Presents PETER AND THE STARCATCHER
Opening its 92nd season, the St. Bart's Players, Manhattan's longest-running community theater, will present Peter and the Starcatcher, opening November April 30th at The Hudson Guild Theater (441 W. 26th st). A wildly imaginative adaptation of Dave Barry and Ridley Pearson's bestselling novel, Tony Award-winning Peter and the Starcatcher (a play by Rick Elice and music by Wayne Barker) is a prequel to Peter Pan and upends the beloved century-old story of how a miserable orphan comes to be The Boy Who Would Not Grow Up.

This coming-of-age story is narrated by Joe who tells the story of his obsession with the music of Burt Bacharach alongside his high school romance with Lacey. The old story of boy meets girl, boy loses girl, boy finds girl again, develops a new life in this nostalgic paean to the music and culture of America in the seventies.

Ivoryton Adds Matinee Performance Of THE FANTASTICKS
The Ivoryton Playhouse has added an extra matinee performance of THE FANTASTICKS on Saturday, April 7th at 2pm. THE FANTASTICKS by Tom Jones and Harvey Schmidt is a timeless tale of young love, shattered dreams and universal truths and it opens in Ivoryton on Wednesday, March 21st, 2018.
