M.A.D.D. Rhythms, Chicago's premier tap collective, continues its 22nd year with the Company's debut at the historic Auditorium Theatre, April 22, the return of National Tap Day Weekend, May 20 and 21, monthly tap jams, community events, classes and more.

The most cutting-edge companies of their respective genres, New York-based tap dance company Dorrance Dance, and two of Chicago's finest; Trinity Irish Dance Company (TIDC) and tap dance company M.A.D.D. Rhythms will join forces for a thunderous one night only performance on Saturday, April 22 at 7:30 PM at Chicago's historic landmark Auditorium Theatre.

Rhythms, Chicago's premier tap collective, continues to celebrate Chicago's Year of Chicago Dance and its 21st Season with the return of the Chicago Tap Summit, September 30 – October 1, appearances, performances, classes, the continuation of its 2022 fundraiser and new episodes on its podcast network.

The world premiere Pillow-exclusive engagement, America(na) to Me, will kick off Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival 2022 in the opening week of the Festival – as the first week-long performance in the newly renovated Ted Shawn Theatre – from June 22-26.

M.A.D.D. Rhythms, Chicago's premier tap collective, recently held its Chicago Tap Summit in October and concludes its 20th Anniversary with the December 2nd Friday Tap Jams, the announcement of 2022 Tap Academy classes, the launch of its year-end campaign and updates on company members.

The 2021 festivities, designed to celebrate the tap dance community, feature a hybrid format of classes, panels, performances, world premieres and more with M.A.D.D. Rhythms faculty, Chicago tap pioneers and dance boundary breakers among many others.

M.A.D.D. Rhythms, Chicago’s premier tap collective, continues its 20th Anniversary with appearances and performances throughout the Midwest with See Chicago Dance’s Chicago Dance Month, a COVID-19 vaccination event in Appleton, Wisconsin, Juneteenth Celebrations and its monthly “2nd Fridays Tap Jams” on Friday, June 11.

M.A.D.D. Rhythms will continue its 20th Anniversary celebration in May with a day of special events in partnership with Chicago Tap Theatre to celebrate National Tap Dance Day 2021 including intermediate and advanced classes, a Tap and Jazz history lecture, and a performance featuring many of Chicago's all-star tap performers.
