Toronto's Coal Mine Theatre, in association with Eclipse Theatre Company and Kliffer Entertainment, have convened an all-star cast led by Chilina Kennedy for a four-day reading and invitation-only showcase for potential producers and presenters of Ted Dykstra's epic musical EVANGELINE, February 28 at The Actors Temple in New York City.

After a sold out show in 2017 Johnny and the Devil's Box is coming back to Rockwood! The concert will highlight selections from the new folk musical JOHNNY AND THE DEVIL'S BOX with performances by; George Abud (The Band's Visit), Julie Foldesi (Sunday in the Park with George, Newsies, South Pacific), Don Sparks (Margaritaville), Rema Webb (The Color Purple, Margaritaville), Annabelle Fox, Andrea Laxton, Alex Grubbs, Meghan Glogower, Scott Wasserman and Douglas Waterbury-Tieman. The band features members of The Playbillies Mike Rosengarten (Be More Chill) and Matt Cusack (Bandstand) with guest Billy Cohen.

Escape to Margaritaville, the new musical featuring the songs of singer-songwriter-author Jimmy Buffett, played its final Broadway performance on July 1. Jimmy Buffett and Escape to Margaritaville will take over NBC's "Today" when the cast of the new Broadway musical performs two numbers written by the iconic singer, songwriter, and author.
