Located in the Roman Plaza at Caesars Palace, ABSINTHE continues to receive rave reviews from both fans and critics alike since its opening in April 2011. ABSINTHE has also attracted big name stars including Neil Patrick Harris, Ice T and Coco Austin, Cedric the Entertainer, Adrian Grenier, Taye Diggs and Idina Menzel, and many others.
