Pasek & Paul and DOGFIGHT Stars Come to the Landmark on Main Next Month

Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, Tony-nominated songwriters of Broadway's A Christmas Story, The Musical and composers of the off-Broadway musical Dogfight, are coming to Landmark - and they're bringing their friends. The stars of the Off-Broadway hit Dogfight will reunite on the stage of Landmark on Main Street for a celebration of the music of Pasek and Paul. The concert is set for April 25, 2015 at 8 PM.

The Friends lineup includes Lindsay Mendez, Derek Klena, Jenn Damiano and Ben Platt.

A Christmas Story, The Musical was named one of the Top 10 Plays and Musicals of 2012 by TIME Magazine. Pasek and Paul's original songs were featured on Season Two of NBC's Smash, rising to the top 25 on the iTunes Pop Charts.

Jenn Damiano, Tony-nominated star of Next to Normal, also originated lead roles in Spring Awakening and SpiderMan: Turn off the Dark.

Ben Platt starred as Benji, the male lead in the hit film Pitch Perfect. He joined the Broadway company of Book of Mormon starring as Elder Cunningham.

Lindsay Mendez has appeared on Broadway in Wicked, Godspell, Grease and Everyday Rapture. Her off-Broadway credits include a multiple award-nominated turn in Dogfight.

Derek Klena has appeared on Broadway in Wicked and The Bridges of Madison County. His off-Broadway roles include Stephen King's Carrie and an award-nominated performance in Dogfight.

Mendez and Klena, popularly known as "Klendez", frequently perform together at the Broadway supper club 54 Below.
