New Generation Theater Company brings back the works of Jonathan Larson's "Rent" and "tick...tick...BOOM" to New York City in a two night only performance. LOUDER THAN WORDS, a musical tribute to one of Broadway's most celebrated composers, runs on January 7th and 14th 7:00PM, at The Duplex Cabaret Theatre.

The night will include musical numbers such as "30/90", "One Song Glory", "Come To Your Senses", "Out Tonight", "LOUDER THAN WORDS", "Seasons of Love" and more.

The cast on January 7th will feature Matthew Mclean, Darius J. Manuel, Michael Restaino, Joe Piserchio, Dana H. Reminsky, Catalina Gaglioti, Candace C. Cucleasure, and Becca Gottleib*.

The cast on January 14th will feature Chris D'Amico, Michael Crumbley, Lauren Restaino, Lou Steele*, Melanie Porras, Janaya Jones, Preston Pujol, and Laurice Lanier.

Both nights will feature a live band including Frank Saverino, Derek Swink and John Barry.

A note from the artistic director, Michael Restaino: "We are so excited to open the 2017 season with the works of one of the most inspirational composers in Broadway's history. Not only has Larson changed Broadway by introducing his new sound, but he has popularized theater for people of all backgrounds, careers and sexuality. I could not have asked for a better cast to deliver such meaningful lyrics and melodies. These performers are the real deal."
